yes, bring a printout of the item and they will price match.

J/K. NO! Believe you need to bring in a physical ad from a competitor.

Do you think BB would match any deals where you would get a gift card with purchase? example: there's a PS3 game coming out tomorrow and if you buy it at walmart they give you a 20 GC to be used on a future purchase, and toys r us has one for 25 GC for use on a furture purchase...I want the 20 or 25 off the purchase now

do you think BB will do that if I bring in the add?

They shouldnt. Amazon is not a local retail store for Best Buy to compete. Best Buy would want a customer to decide where to purchase anything at a lower price within the perimeter distance.

they will usually price match any local competitor no matter what the deal is and as long as you have a printed ad showing the deal.

but, they do have the right to refuse any price match as well. there is nothing saying they HAVE to match any price.....not even their own website.

No, they don't. But lately, Amazon has been having to match BB, instead of the other way around.

Lately my best buy has price matched amazon.

They never did before.

I just print out the price & they match now.

Typically Best Buy does not match Amazon, however they can make exceptions. A friend bought his entire HT system spending more than $7K last year and they matched Amazon's price. I'm sure if the manager is smart enough and see an opportunity to move inventory even though they are making less, they'll give you a deal.
