Panny 42PZ80U--Goodbye.

First, I want complement this television on it's incredible picture quality and impeccable black levels--just amazing!

With that said, the phosphor lag is absolutely killing the experience. I was hoping once that phosphors settled, it'd go away. I was hoping once it was calibrated a bit, it'd go away. I was even hoping I'd wake up one day, and it'd be gone. The sad truth is, the lag has not even curbed... not a bit.

I have attached a picture of the television while playing Metal Gear Solid. It shows this while watching TV, while watching BDs, and while playing games.

I don't know how anyone can deal with this.

Any advice? Will this improve over time (I have ~160hrs on the set)? Is it time to buy a LCD?
