This is an A&B thou this was done a few weeks back. I’m waiting for the amps to warm up so I can do this one again only the Bluray region B Dolby six-track.

I think its preposterous giving Cliffhanger a dtsHDMA when in fact the film was produced mixed and recorded in six-track Dolby stereo SR. Well I’ll do Dolby version in discrete individual LCRS/LFE.1 in a short jiffy.

Default 2010: The Year We Make Contact bluray region B DVD region 2
Just received ‘2010 The Year We Make Contact’ though the post. Ordered last Friday for £7.99 free delivery from Play247.com, after getting fed up with HMV lousy bluray in-store catalogue and overpricing, I decided to buy online.


Waterfall shows the difference between the two optical disc formats on the music opening titles (Also sprach Zarathustra) composed by (David Shire).

The DVD region 2 displays the LFE.1 low end but not as full as the region B Bluray DolbyTrue that extends down a bit further.
