Kaminey and Dev-D BD buzz?

I apologize if this was asked before but I could not find the info I was looking for....

I just returned from a trip to India and while there I visited a Planet M store to check out the new YRF BD's that were scheduled to be released then. Unfortunately the shipment had not arrived in the store I visited but on talking to the sales-person there (who appeared knowledgeable) I understood 2 movies that would have a BD release soon would be "Dev-D" and "Kaminey".

I could not validate this info anywhere so was curious if the folks here had heard of this? Would be great if it were true since it's in my list of Top 5 movies of 2009

definitely gonna preorder Kaminey! after reading the not so great reports on the dvd, hopefully the blu-ray will be awesome.

the movie is just averag and got mixed revies some say good others say awfull......i say 1 time watch
the cinematography is not good..........the camera movements at many scenes is unnesceesary shaky and i dont know why but the movie didnt looked coloured it looked blue and white and very bad dolby mix.............there is very less and lucklusture use of surrounds ......................
in other worlds not worth spending money for buying this on blu ray..........

saw it in the cinema and actually quite liked it... i thought the cinematography was quite good, the shakiness was the style of the movie. oh well. everyone has right to their own opinion...

I have seen this movie twice because this movie is one of the best movie who is falling love with girl.This movie have good story and it also gives message to person ,do not totally depend to others you have to fight own in your life because day to day something new problem we have to face and fight.

I watched this Movie in Theatre 3times /Also bought the DVD . Now waiting for BluRay

whats utv's track record with blu ray quality?

Also would love to see Vishal Bhardwaj on blu ray, hes my favorite current indianfilmmaker. Kaminey was probably his least successful film (as a film, not money wise) but even that was better than most regular bollywood fare IMHO. Maqbool and Omkara, would love to have those in decent versions.

Every Vishal Bhardwaj film starting from Makdee and Blue Umbrella deserves to be preserved and promoted on a format such as BD!! I don't mind starting a FaceBook page/petition on this
