Default Motion Blur?

I bought a cheap $350 32" Sylvania LC320SSX at BJs for my school apartment bedroom. I'm not looking for anything fancy by any means, but I've noticed some motion blur while watching things with heavy movement. A little bit but not bad while watching "The Hurt Locker" but primarily while playing Modern Warfare 2, especially if I focus on a picture hanging on a wall while I'm sprinting, for example.

Is this because it is 60hz as opposed to 120hz or is it a byproduct of the "clear pix plus engine"? I'm within the 30 day window for a return to BJs but I only want to do it if its because of the clear pix. I'm not in a place to buy anything more expensive than $350 at the moment so if its a 60hz vs 120hz I'll probably just have to live with it.

60hz is NOT the cause of motion blur. when the refresh rate on a tv is increased to 120hz or 240hz it reduces the judder(visible flicker). the cause of motion blur is the slow response time(the time it takes to change from white to black) of an LCD pixel. All LCD tv's have a response time rating. The lower the response time rated, in milliseconds, the better. Anything below 4ms for an LCD is considered very good.

Plasma tv's response time is less than 1ms, so plasma don't have motion blur, but plasmas don't usually come in sizes smaller than 42"
