Enormous Upgrade

In the living room I went directly from an old Sony 36" Wega tube television and DVD player, using the built-in television speakers, to this 7.1 HDTV Blu-Ray setup in the space of about a month. Prior to that I had mostly been watching movies on the 26" LCD computer monitor in my 'office' room, using Logitech Z-5500 speakers in a small 5.1 setup. Either way, it was a hell of an upgrade! I'm extremely happy with it.

In the near term, I'll likely add a gaming console and a Dell Zino HD computer as well as more Blu-Rays of course. A second A3-300 subwoofer is also a possibility. In the longer term, I can see myself replacing the TV with a projector and a 106" screen or so.
