Band of Brothers glitch

On episode 7, titled "The Breaking Point," there is a glitch on my copy of the blu-ray disc. It occurs during the 1:05:21 mark. The scene is when everyone is in the church listening to the girls' choir sing. When the camera is panning over Captain Speirs, and Lieutenant Lipton is narrating during that scene, there is a video and audio pause that is very noticeable. I rewound that scene 3 times to make sure it was there, and it did it every time. My copy of Band of Brothers is new and the disc is in perfect condition. Can I call a number of the people who made the disc and ask for a replacement?
