Yes, cause I would say, if you don't need that bed, get rid of it first.

you never know, I had a buddy that had two beds and he would bone a chick in one and then go sleep in the other... that always worked until a girl became more then an booty call....

Ok i have to get rid of a bed, i was looking at trundle- daybeds. That would free up alot of space cause the room is not small.

A college dorm room loft bed system would open up the floor space( if the room has the proper ceiling height ).

What is a Dorm Room Loft Bed?
"A loft bed is, for the most part, a bunk bed with a big empty space underneath instead of a bottom bunk. It's an elevated platform with a mattress that fits on top of the platform. Ladders are common features on loft beds, and some of them come with safety bars to prevent people from falling off. Other models come with built in drawers and other storage features. Students can also purchase a double loft bed, which consists of two attached beds at a 90 degree angle and fits in a corner.

This concept is not new. For years, furniture stores have been marketing smaller loft beds as children's furniture. These days, though, many large furniture stores are offering loft beds that are marketed specifically to college students."

If possible, move the center channel up to the center of the shelf above it & drop the cable box & Blu-ray player down to on top of the dresser( you would probably have to add a support bracket in the middle of the shelf ). You can have the XBOX360 on one side of the center channel & the PS3 slim on the other.

edit: I just saw in your other thread that you're looking to replace the Polks with something smaller( good idea! ).

Ok so tomorrow im gonna go to a furniture store. Check for a daybed with a trundle type deal. It would free up a lot of space if only 1 bed is here. I will post pictures tomorrow to let you guys see the difference. It also depends if they have to ship em then it will be delayed a bit.
