How many of you got rear-ended by waiterguy?

Decided to trade on this site, sent off two Disney steelbooks to Derek the waiter and got sweet all in return. Guess I'm 0 for 1, anyone else get shafted or am I the only one?

Sorry for calling the guy out but I got screwed and think people should be aware of his practices. Got one other trade pending...hope that works out.

Update: Just received my movie...it come in one piece. Derek held up his end of the deal, hope he continues and comes through for everyone else.

I figured that many would and will come to his defence but I got screwed end of story. He doesn't reply to pm's and has recently been banned. So it looks like I'll never be getting my movie.

Glad to see u guys had a good experience but I didn't. So, I'm just wondering if anyone else is in the same situation and I think I should pass along my experiences. Were suppose to protect each other from this crap. I'm just putting the word out.

I am sorry to hear about your misfortune, the guys above most likely sold him items or had a paypal transaction to back it up, which works differently than a trade. Seems like The ones shafted were international trades, You are not alone, there are like 12 others that we are aware of, your name was never on the list.

He created a second ID and the site staff has taken measures to make sure He doesnt come back.

Please make sure you file a complaint with the internet fraud division, they forward complaints to the local police dept's here in USA

I had hope its just christmas/New yaears custom delay but reading this doesn't seem it is. I got replys from him within the last days. So if he is banned now can he still read the PM's ?

Thanks for the link jdbbud! Going to file a complaint hope they take action since he scammed a few of us. Glad to see the mods taking actions trying to keep him out.

yeah i learned it the very hard way too i think i don't will make such big trades again Besides my missing steels what pisses me too is that i traded some for a german friend who shipped me the steels for the trade for his steels and i now i am in charge to get him the steels too

Derek is still honoring my trade hopefully you guys will be able to get your transaction completed with him.

I have yet to receive my SB after 2 months though. Still waiting but we'll see.

got shafted on 2 Disney SB (Nightmare before Christmas and Sleeping Beauty)

he told me it was shipped a month ago, still hasn't received anything. transaction was done about a month and a half ago. just opened a dispute with Paypal. *sigh*

I just an e-mail off to Derek a couple of days ago regarding a refund on my order (he told me he would refund me my payment if my order still does not arrive in a week), still waiting for him to reply. I hope everything goes well as many members here still seem to be getting good results from him recently.

Same here. He wanted to send me an Amazon GC... that's 48 hours ago (he responded frequently before) and I still didn't receive anything. Let's see how it ends
