Default Calibration for 3.1 home theater system...
Okay I have a full 5.1 system but due to limited spacing I think I'm going to have to fall back to a 3.1 system. I have a Sony ES2400 receiver. It has the calibration mic. My question is what happens to surround channel in 3.1 system. I will have PS3 set to bitstream over HDMI. Do I still get Dolby True HD and DTS HD audio?

Don't have speakers hooked up at the moment. Having my TV that was wall mounted moved due to furniture configuration being rearranged. Getting a desk for my living room and the apartment living room is small....
