Default Is it showing HD? Does HDCP matters here?

Hello,

I am new to Blu Ray. Finally I was able to set everything up. However, I am not sure if High Definition video is correctly displayed.

The problem is that when Power DVD is launched it covers up only part of screen rather than full screen, such as if it would run on DVD resolution rather than BD. Is there any way to tell on what exactly resolution it is running? As I never saw HD outside of shop, it is hard to tell for me if it is really HD.

I hrad HDCP may cause such problems, but afak it is rarely used. My system and disc stats:

*I use dual monitors. 1st monitor - Hitachi CM 722 (CRT, res. - 1600x1200). 2nd monitor - Samsung SyncMaster F2380 (LCD, res. 1920x1080). When the CRT is turned off and only one monitor is used the situation remains the same however.
*Blu Ray disc I use is "Shutter"
*Video card is NVidia GeForce 8800 GTX
*BD-ROM is shown as HL-DT-ST BD-RE BH10LS30
*Blu Ray program is Power DVD 8
