Examples include: Identity & Vacancy (Why not just Vacancy 1&2?) Happy Birthday to Me & When a Stranger Calls (Why not just both versions of Stranger?) Ernest Goes to Camp & Ernest Goes to Jail (Why not Jail and Scared Stupid, having the BDs go in release order?) Basic & SWAT (Why not SWAT 1&2?) Just why?
