October 2015 50 Movie Challenge - Halloween/Horror - Blu-ray Forum

For October, of course, the focus is Halloween/Horror. However, since people will still want to watch other films as well (new theatrical or blu releases, etc), we want to leave room for those as well.
So this month you may pick ANY 10 categories of your choice (5 movies each for a total of 50), but at least 5 categories must be Halloween/horror-related. You may, of course use more categories for horror (or even all 10 if you wish!) , but the minimum is 5.
For the remaining categories, you can use any theme, director, actor, genre, whatever...

As we've done most months, though the goal is 50, we will have different levels for those who wish to aim lower (or higher):

60 Movies - Platinum
50 Movies = Gold
40 Movies = Silver
30 Movies = Bronze

Here's just a few category ideas people have used, but be creative and do whatever you want:

Haunted House/Ghost Stories
Family-Friendly Horror/Halloween
3-D Horror Movies
Horror Comedies
Zombie Movies
Werewolf Movies
Vampire Movies
Universal Monsters (classic)

Foreign Horror Movies
Creature Features (Godzilla, King Kong, etc)
5 Movies From a Series (Elm Street, Friday/13th, Saw, Final Destination, etc)
First-Person Horror Movies (Quarantine, Blair Witch, Cloverfield, etc)
Horror Documentaries
Sci-Fi Horror
Exorcism/Religious Horror
Stephen King
Suspense/Thrillers
Horror Remakes
Halloween TV episodes (2 one-hour episodes or 4 half-hour episodes count as one movie)
