How is this Blu-Ray's fault??? I have a PS3 and am not waiting for firmware update while playing BDs.

Blame the equipment manufacturer...not the format.

I feel sorry for you guys. And is something that BDA needs to get a grip on fast, or i feel it will hurt us badly. Just so you know the other side is the same with firmware updates.
Remember is a new technology and stuff like this happens. Again i am not making an excuse for the manufacturers.

One thing, did you contacted the manufacturer of your player and told them of they problem?

The firmware is coming...

be patient, everybody here voluntarily agreed to be an early adapter of a technology that had room to grow. *****ing about firmware now is like complaining about the iPhone going down in price. That is what you have to sacrafice for early adaption.

We have to wait a "week or two" for the update, so 1 more week or sooner for the update.

when you call, you need to ask for someone in 'tier 2', they know more.
