Default HP dv7t laptop Blu Ray playback problem?

Here is my problem. Yesterday I recieved my new notebook (hp dv7t) with blu ray player. I'v tried playing Rambo and National Tresure 2, however the computer only plays the coming attraction. When it gets to the menu screen where you would hit play to start the movie, the mouse won't click or read the start icon. This is a brand new comp and so far the only other thing loaded on this computer was Norton 360. Any help or sugjestion would be apreciated! Thanks.

- HP Pavilion dv7t Entertainment Notebook
- Genuine Windows Vista Home Premium with Service Pack 1 (32-bit)
- Intel(R) Core(TM)2 Duo Processor T9400 (2.53 GHz)

- 512MB NVIDIA GeForce 9600M GT
- HP Imprint Finish (Mesh) + Microphone + Webcam + Fingerprint Reader
- Intel(R) WiFi Link 5100AGN and Bluetooth(TM)
- No High speed 56K modem port
- 320GB 7200RPM SATA Dual Hard Drive (160GB x 2) with HP ProtectSmart Hard Drive Protection
- Blu-Ray ROM with SuperMulti DVD+/-R/RW Double Layer
- No TV Tuner w/remote control

Some discs don't have mouse control enabled very well. Use the keyboard arrow keys and the enter key to select options on the menu.

As Jaded stated, arrows and enter should work.

ArcSoft TotalMedia Theater does have a added mouse capability thing if you want...

... which puts a little square on the screen for you...

Meh, I just use the arrows and enter keys myself anyways.

Thank you I feel like an idiot! Not use to doing things the old fashion way! Of course the tech idiots in India couldn't figure that out after two hours on the phone with them. Thanks again

Don't feel bad, Surf's Up was the first one that did it to me.
Thought I broke something.
Hit an arrow key and the menu moved... hit enter and it selected the highlighted one.

Glad it's working now!
