Amazon Shipment - Blu-ray Forum

Just received some of my BOGO Fox titles and in the package I get promotional information for HD-DVD. I wonder if they put Blu-Ray information in packages for those who order only HD-DVD movies.

P.S. - After an initial delay, I received word from Amazon that they are shipping my Blade Runner BD today.

Same here on both counts - HD-DVD promo garbage in my boxes, and finally got shipping confirmation for Blade Runner just an hour or so ago.

The HD-DUD promo group pays to have those inserts put in those shipments.

Basically they are killing tress preaching to the choir.

This is old news, but as your new, we'll forgive you.

Basically the red camp is paying for promotional consideration in Amazon's mailings. They get put into all media (movies, anyway) orders...

I didn't read up on that, but it doesn't surprise me. All in all, I feel good to have Blade Runner shipping though with some prople still waiting.
