What Is The Difference If Any Between PS3 Units? - Blu-ray Forum

What difference is there if any in hardware, not software, between the multiple PS3 units. Is it just the hard drive space. Or does the 80gb version for example cache things faster, such as when loading a bluray movie. Are there any hardware differences or updates in the new 80gb unit?
