Default What makes you exchange a movie?

I was just curious. Do bent steelbooks make you exchange it? Broken disc trays, hubs?

I was just curious how often avid collectors return/exchange movies?

I got BvS digi and when I opened it the day of release the disc was on the hub but not pressed down at all. I realized that had to be caused my me opening it bc if it was my car or some step in the process of getting it to the store it would just be floating around the case. No scratches at least to the naked eye and I will actually watch it tomorrow (been busy).

But then again, I pay the exact same price for a bluray/dvd combo from http://STORE.nba.com and I heard the fed ex guy just throw it on the porch, I heard the disc loose in the case and I see a faint scratch. I am exchanging it and started the process already (unless they deny me ). Again, didn't even play it.

So basically 2 loose discs, 1 I know caused by me and not really "loose" and another just carelessly tossed by the door and that probably cause it to fly off the hub. Only exchanging 1.

I also know scratches don't really affect playback on blurays but its the principle of the fact is was actually caused BEFORE delivery.
