If that's your attitude you should be buying everything (or as much as you can) in-store. That way you can inspect the cases yourself and not put everyone through the hassle of returns. Your attitude to especially bad if you buy online and the seller has to pay for shipping both ways on a return.

I don't return online.

I order online and return in store.

People can criticize me all they want.

If insisting that my cases be in mint condition is wrong, then I guess I'm Hannibal Lecter.
