Phenomenal film. Super nostalgic and full of emotion. I'll buy it as soon as I can (on blu-ray).

Hunh? It's shown in Blu-ray packaging! What gives?

It'd be shocking that a movie that has cracked the top 10 weekly BO returns with this level of acclaim would not get a Blu option. Plus, Morgan Neville's previous documentaries, 20 Feet From Stardom and Best of Enemies, both got Blu's and did not perform as well as Neighbor.

Looks like it's probably one of Universal's (thus far) pressed (and not BD-R) MOD Blu-rays, which would be a first for Focus Features and a first for a new release title.

It's disappointing if true, because none of the Universal catalogue title MOD Blu-rays are sold in stores, and the quality control has been lacking compared to retail discs. For example, the chapters are every ten minutes exactly, and certain titles have not included subtitles.

Definitely in for this wonderful film. As a Pittsburgher, Mr. Rogers meant so much to me and this city.

I had planned to watch this at my local art house theater, but I totally spaced the 3 nights it was showing. I'll be picking it up next Tuesday for sure.
