Universal will be releasing Edward Berger's Conclave (2024) on Blu-ray on December 17th. They will also be doing a 4K release 2 months later on February 11th. This was one of the best films of the year in my opinion.

Note: Universal's press release shows it with a slip as shown below, though they seemed to have dropped their use for their releases, so it may not come with it.

Sad that we have to wait 2 months for the 4K, but it will be worth it. I loved the look of this film (and the film itself was fantastic IMO!)

I'm surprised this is not a Blu-ray and DVD combo pack, is Universal done with combo packs?

It's not even hitting theaters here until mid-January. Very keen.

Ah. Well it was released here in the US at the end of October. Sorry you guys have to wait so long.

Amazon link says both "Blu-ray + digital" and "Format: DVD". Also, "delivery Jan. 6th - 8th". Amazon gonna Amazon...

Best film of the year. Day One 4K purchase!

(Great book, too, BTW. Anything by Robert Harris is worth your time.)

People have been saying that Universal stopped including slips on standard blu releases so it's interesting the promo image for this seems to have one

It's not uncommon with less-mainstream releases here. I Saw the TV Glow came out a month or two after the A24 Blu dropped, and I think Aftersun was a whole year late getting here.

Yeah, GRUV only shows it without a slip, but Universal's press release shows it with one. I have a feeling it might not come with one though. To be on the safe side, I'm going to switch to showing a slipless cover in the OP, and add a note and the slip version under spoiler.

This arrived via Gruv by way of Walmart. With a slip, but no digital code! I sent word to UPHE but who knows what will happen. Not cool!

Odd that Universal's pulling a Disney/Sony by excluding Atmos from the regular Blu-ray.

Canadian version from Elevation steps down even further to 5.1. I think VVS would have done a better job and included the Atmos track, if they were the one releasing the Blu-ray instead!
