Thumbs down Play.com muckung up big time !!!

I have been having problems with play.com. Some of you will remember that they sent me Ice Age (1) on BD, and what I received was Ice Age 2. To be honest I don't think Ice Age (1) has been released yet. So I have the Hassle of returning it.

My second order from play.com arrived. It was a stock item (present for my mother - Robbie Williams Albert Hall) which was eagerly anticipated. What did they deliver.... Queen in Montreal (on HD-DVD)

I have since cancelled all current orders with them bar any backorders on a 3 for 2 offer.

I can do without having to visit the Post Office every time I place an order!!!

Been using play for years and never had any problems with them - apart from once they sent me two copies of Identity on Blu-ray and only charged me for one! But I wouldn't consider that a problem.

Bought almost 1000 things off Play.com and only once have I had a problem with them sending the wrong item (sent me an NHL game when I'd ordered an NBA game, which I'd previously cancelled I might add). Other than that no problems, even when things have gone missing it only requires an email to say I never received it and they've sent a replacement. Not the cheapest place online though, especially when it comes to Blu-ray (sendit.com are usually cheaper 99% of the time), but I've always found them reliable. Got my Platstation Eye yesterday 2 days after ordering from them.
