Well at least there's one group that's being restrained on reporting about HD download services.

Somehow all of these HD VOD service providers remind me of The Phantom Video game console.

Great Claims... never surfaced.

Check out Vudu its getting a lot of buzz and it actually works pretty damn well if you've got a nice internet connection.
