I have heard nothing esle but good things about this movie and was about to blind buy it today but thought I would make a post on here to see what you guys think of the movie

I thought it was incredibly boring. You're going to get alot of people like me, and then alot of people saying it was the scariest movie they've seen in years. I really suggest renting it before wasting your money on buying it.

ya thats what im hearing it's really scary but all I see by looking at the trailers is another vacancy type movie but maybe a bit better

I bought it today 'coz I really enjoyed it at the movies.

Yes, it's like vacancy but 10x more intense/suspenseful!

IMO, it's a great addition to your collection.

Gotta say it's better than Vacancy, but I don't know how much replay value this movie has because once you know what's coming, it gets a little dull. So I say blind buy only if you're a big fan of the genre. It was an OK movie.

LOVED this movie!!! If your a huge Horror fan this movie will make a wonderful addition to your collection.

going by the strangers review thread, seems like half the people here love it, and half hate it. If you haven't seen the movie, I'd recommend renting it first.

Watch the trailer, it better than the film. I thought it was boring and went nowhere plus the ending sucked. I was looking forward to it and was sadly dissapointed.

hmmm... i havent seen it yet but i really wanna. I enjoyed vacancy but i think i'm just going to rent this one and if i liked it enough, maybe down the road i'll get it when its cheaper

I love this film, one of a handful of films that I find truly frightening (along with The Exorcist, Poltergeist and The Exorcism of Emily Rose). I guess people don't like the whole suspense and story build up aspect of the film though as I see a lot of people here saying it's boring.

Eitherway, the sound on this film is amazing.

I was going to pick it up today along with the Incredible Hulk but I will wait for it to come on HD Pay Per View and see it then.

THE STRANGERS is an excellent little horror film, I strongly recommend it. It's a great film.

My girlfriend watched it and thought it had a bad story line. To me it looks meh.

I am a huge horror fan and just finished watching the movie; one of the worst movies I have seen in a while. Rent it only..
