Default Movies Worth the Blind Buy?

Well, I just got done building up my setup, so... What are some movies worth the blind buy? I just got Wolverine,Night at the Museum 2, Ice Age 3, and Zombieland.

Is district 9 worth it? I only buy movies I know that I can watch multiple times without getting bored.

What are some others you would recommend?

If you can watch Night at the Museum ten times, you can watch anything ten times. District 9 is far better than any of the movies that you listed, in my opinion.

When you are logged, search for the movie in your collection and click on it from the search results. Under the picture of the cover art it should say 'Add To Collection' just click on that and you are done!

Although i respect you option to buy what ever movies want i could never imagine blind buying a movie if i expected to get 10+ viewings out of it. I must say i blind buy a ton of movies but i like to collect and if i enjoy it once or twice than that is good for me.

10+ may have been an exaggeration. But, I do only like to buy movies I know I will at the least not hate.

Definitely District 9.

I'd also recommend Smokin' Aces, Trick r Treat, Monster Squad, Incredible Hulk, Watchmen, Up. It really depends on which genre you're in the mood for.

From the list, District 9 is the most logical suggestion.

Just bought D9. I got the others because they were on sale (except Zombieland).

From your list, you might like:

Terminator: Salvation (Serious sound!)
G.I. Joe: Rise of Cobra (Not the best story in the world, but fun comic book style action that looks great on Blu!)

I just got my Blu and LCD over the BF weekend last year, and the movies I have watched over and over the most are:

Anything Pixar (I have kids... but they look FANTASTIC!)
Animated movies, lilke Coraline, 9, etc.
Star Trek
G.I. Joe

I might have to get those too, I love movies with a good soundtrack. Thanks.

Looking at what you own and such....

you own Iron Man, Dark Knight and Wolvie....I would buy the new Hulk movie. It has multiple viewing possibility.

You own Transformers....go for the second one and GI Joe. Same vein. If you can suspend your mind and just enjoy a simple, and I mean simple, action flick based on toy lines for a couple of hours.

Zombieland, good choice. Look at Shaun of the Dead. British comedy about a Zombipocalypse and if you like that, Hot Fuzz with the same cats.

Star Trek!
Do not buy G.I. Joe. Its worthy only as a demo disc. Terrible story
