Default Home Theatre Help Required by a Newbie Fish

Hi folks,

I need some help with my home theatre.
When I bought it a year ago, the salesman who sold it to me, set it all up as part of the package.

First of all, here's the equipment:
TV: Samsung LN-S4696D
Blu-Ray: BD-P1000
Home Theatre in a Box: Onkyo HT-S790

So my problem is this:
The TV has 2 HDMI inputs which are both used.
One by the Blu-Ray player, and the second by the Bell HD PVR 9220.

My wife bought me a PS3 for Christmas and I would like to add it to the system via the HDMI output of the PS3.

Currently, I just remove the HDMI from the back of the BDP 1000, and connect it to the PS3, but it's becoming a pain in the arse.

Also, when the PS3 is connected, the sound doesn't come through the Home Theatre receiver, only the TV, whereas on the BDP 1000, it comes through the surround.

Anyway, sorry for posing this easy question, but it was so much easier back in the old days. lol
Also, and since I'm already asking question, I might as well ask this one too...
I've recently dug out my old video games out of the closet, PSX, N64, and I'm about to purchase a NES and SNES off EBay, how or what do I need to have them all connected?
Right now I have the PSX connected to the input which is at the left side of the TV.
The old standard 3 way connection, (yellow, red and white)
It would be very convenient if there was some switch box I could connect all the systems to.

Thanks again
Crazy
