Default help designing sound system
Ok, so I finally got a HDTV after waiting forever. I got a Sony KDL-46v2500, I know it lacks some features but it looks pretty good with a 360 connected to it. Before I get a PS3 I want to get a sound system, I was looking at peoples signatures here and saw that a few people have the Sony STRDG-1000 Receiver, is that pretty good? I found it on newegg for almost 700$ I was looking to spend around 550 - 600$ or so but if this is a pretty future complient receiver I guess I just better save more money.
Also, what speakers should I get to go with it? Again im not looking to spend a boat load of money but I would like to get something that sounds good and is going to last me a while. Any links and information/comments/thoughts would be greatly appreciated. I believe a 7.1 system would work for my living room but if you guys absolutely need pics first I can upload some.
