Can PS3 output DTS-HD and Dolby True-HD? or do I have to buy another player?

To answer your question, though, no, it cannot output those signals to be decoded by a receiver. At the moment the PS3 decodes Dolby TrueHD internally and sends a PCM signal to the receiver. Currently it cannot decode DTSHD-MA, but a future firmware update will allow for the PS3 to decode the DTSHD-MA internally and send a PCM to the receiver, as it does with Dolby TrueHD.
