Do any games have a Dolby True HD track or a DTS MA track on them?

As far as i know, they only have PCM 5.1-6.1-7.1 or DD 5.1, Uncharted has DTS though its not lossless.

Uncharted has up to 7.1 channel LPCM (uncompressed lossless) audio.
