Hey there.
Now I know there is another thread about CND BD Deals, but I have a dilemma. I know that Amazon.com and Jr.com and some other sites SHIP to Canada BUT, I do not have access to a Credit Card, I only have PAYPAL and EMT. Now, is there any sites, that accept paypal AND ship to Canadians? Thanks ! |

I feel ya. I use amazon.com from time to time, but mostly, we get screwed with rediculous prices. Shipping sometimes cancels out the lower prices, but you can save an average of $2-3, unless there is a great bogo or price reduction. Just got Lost Season 3 for $39.99 plus $7 for shipping. Not bad.
I've been buying from Futureshop lately, maybe have a peek there. They tend to be $2 (average) lower then Best Buy. |

with paypal ur best bet is ebay... i know its whack and its definitely not as fast or reliable (i've been screwed twice now) but if paypal is ur only option then ebay is the way to go... or go to ur bank and get a CC

get a good credit card like the President's choice card where you have zero liability for fraudulent transactions, at no extra charge.
As far as retail stores go, I agree that Bestbuy is almost always the worst (sometimes they do beat Futureshop on the odd titles) But another place to go is London Drugs. I got the Spidey Trillogy when it first came out for $68. Not bad at all. Also all the Harry Potters and the Simpsons Movie were $2-5 cheaper there than at BB/FS Last edited by Luis_A51; 01-31-2008 at 05:21 PM. |

eBay is definitely your best bet for PayPal purchases though. I haven't seen any other DVD sites that accept PayPal that I can remember. I'll be sure to post any if I come across them though. And ya - London Drugs has had some surprisingly decently priced Blus from time to time compared to other local stores. |

I think they were going to ad a feature that lists sellers that will ship to Canada, not sure where that is in the process. Last edited by CGYBLU; 02-01-2008 at 03:14 AM. Reason: freudian slip |

http://www.grooveyard.ca is in BC and regular shipping is $2.50 per item. They accept Paypal. Their prices vary but when thing about them is that when an item goes oop, there's a good chance they still have copies left.
Also, the coupon AZPROMO never seems to expire (-$2.50 so basically free regular shipping for one item). I will note however that the site isn't great and for some reason don't have a password recovery option in place. So be sure to remember your username and password. On the US side there's importcds.com. Shipping prices aren't great but there's often very good pre-order prices that make up for it. Jean-Talon is not in Quebec city. It's in Montreal. Well Marche-Jean-Talon is not a Marche-aux-puces , the only marche-aux-puces in MTL is the one at the Metropolitain 40 in Saint-Leonard but i just got one reason to go there tomorrow to check it out
![]() BTW - several Canadian tires in MTL are having huge bins with BR movies from $6.99 to $9.99 . |
