http://www.grooveyard.ca is in BC and regular shipping is $2.50 per item. They accept Paypal. Their prices vary but when thing about them is that when an item goes oop, there's a good chance they still have copies left.

Also, the coupon AZPROMO never seems to expire (-$2.50 so basically free regular shipping for one item).

I will note however that the site isn't great and for some reason don't have a password recovery option in place. So be sure to remember your username and password.

On the US side there's importcds.com. Shipping prices aren't great but there's often very good pre-order prices that make up for it.
