On any sony BD at the menu of the movie type in using the remote 7669, this will take you a calibration screens. People can only give you a ballpark on settings, there are many things that have to be taken in to considerations in calibration, like, room lighting.
Do turn On the power saver, & that will help get you better blacks & not mess with the britness of the picture |

I see. I just thought there may be some general suggestions for rooms with high light, low light, etc... But I will try the "7669." Just wanted a quick fix before I can get it professionally calibrated, as I am still using factory settings. Thanks for the advice..
