Hey guys, Life of Brian will be down tomorrow so i'll hopefully have a review up then or maybe Saturday. Can't wait.

Just had a quick flick through (im on my lunch break

) and i'm very impressed. Slight layer of grain, but totally suits and blends with the movie.

PS. 5.1 PCM and TrueHD sounding good. Can't wait to watch it fully

Just pre-ordered the North American release (along with Big Fish) at J&R for $9.99; with standard shipping, just under $12 each.

It's a "buy 2 & save" sale, so I assume the prices are not good for a single title.

Lucky, i tried getting it for 9.99 but it looks like they took it out and back to 24.00

Just watching this now (UK release), and am very impressed. 1979 movie, but really good picture quality. Some grain as mentioned above, most visible in the sky, but a very nice amount of crisp detail in the picture. AVC encode 25-30Mbps from what I've looked at so far.

This is the first film I watched after returning from CES. It looks amazing! Very impressive restoration.
