The theatrical rollout of this is abysmal. The limited previews of Glass Onion in 600 total theater is apparently a wider release than The “IN THEATRES EVERYWHERE” Fabelmans. Infuriating that a Spielberg film is suppressed like this while Marvel Movie #33 maintains hegemonic dominance of the multiplexes.

Ehh... hoisted by his own petard, when you think about it.

That being said, I thought this was a great film and I look forward to adding it to my collection.

Don't wanna release it in more theaters and don't wanna releaser it on disc for a few more months.

Are they trying to drive up their VOD sales. it comes out on VOD this Tuesday. Pathetic how Universal treated this movie.

I really wonder if they will go all out with including a bunch of Speilbergs home movies. There’s a really cool potential release with this film

Of course they do (at $20 a rental), though this isn't getting a special treatment compared to other films from Universal these days. For the consumers, it's brilliant, though I do think they could have waited a bit more before releasing it digitally.

I wish it'd made more in its limited release as well, but the Universal window is what it is and Avatar is gonna suck the air out of the room as well.

My parents and I rented and watched THE FABELMANS for $19.99 last Thursday, and it’s one of Steven Spielberg’s (my all-time favorite movie director) greatest movies.

I can’t wait for the 4K Blu-ray.

On here it says the release is January 17th. But no release for the BD. So is this coming out the 17th or what?
