I really enjoyed this series when it was on TV. Getting the box set on regular dvd would be dissapointing,anyone know if there is an hd version being released soon?

I would guess if it came out it would come out on blu-ray because it was on espn which is owned by dinsey, but have not heard anything about it yet.

It wouldn't sell well enough this early in the BD game to justify a release.

Almost 17 years after the original thread was created, I'm asking now...is this excellent series available on Blu-Ray today? Or are there any plans to have it released on Blu-Ray anytime in the near future?

It is not available on BD anywhere. Cannot imagine it's in the works anywhere either. It wasn't a huge series and is probably mostly forgotten by now.

Maybe it's streaming on espn+ in HD? I kind of doubt it but I'll look when I get home. Looks like that dvd set is the only release. OOP but still cheap (although some clown has it on ebay for $200+ used, most listing are well under $10).
