Ever since I first signed up with Vudu, I have had problems receiving emails for their email address
email@email.vudu.com. I decided to go ahead and start a thread on Vudu's website about it.
Here is what I wrote:

Problems with not receiving emails from your email@email.vudu.com address

I never receive any emails from email@email.vudu.com. I do not receive email receipts of purchases, newsletters, promotions, earned credits, etc. from this particular email address.
- I have checked the appropriate boxes under Communication Preferences.
- I have "white-listed" the email address by adding it to my contacts.
- Over the years, I have tried using different email addresses from different service providers for my account (such as gmail, aol, outlook, comcast). Each time I do this, I might get one or two emails from Vudu before they completely stop.
- I have repeatedly checked my email settings to make sure the adjustable spam filters are not keeping your emails from me. I completely removed all spam filtering for the current email associated with my Vudu account.
- I have also performed multiple of other requests customer service has asked of me over the many tickets I have submitted on this matter.
I know that there are multiple other customers suffering the same problem as I am. I have seen it in this forum and other sites' forums that have discussions about Vudu.
After speaking with a couple of IT experts at my work, they agree that your email address email@email.vudu.com is not a wise choice. An email address like that sets off many servers' spam filters and kicks the email back to sender without even allowing it to go into the recipient's spam folder (added to contact list or not). I'm curious as to if anyone in your tech department ever goes into that email's inbox to see the activity of what is getting kicked back. I bet a lot of your customers are missing out on many of your advertising emails and that could definitely have negative effects on revenue.
It would be wise to consider changing your outgoing email address to one that would not obviously trigger ISPs to kick back or reject your emails. I am told this is a very simple fix that you can only benefit from.

I wonder how many other people here have had the same or similar problems?
I will update this thread as I find out more information.
