Default To original PS3 owners...

Do you regret paying $600 or more for your ps3? Do you think it was worth having at the beginning? Or would you have rather waited to pick up a 40 gb for $400 or 80 gb for $600?

I don't regret it all! well worth the money!

Life's too short to worry about falling electronics prices. No regrets here.

I got my 60 GB in May of 07 I think. I still play the occasional PS2 game and like the 4 USB ports so I wouldn't have gone with the 40GB.

No regrets at all. I am proud that I was one of the first to get a PS3 and was happy to let anyone and everyone know how I felt about my machine. I now have two and feel great that it is finally coming out that the PS3 played a big part in winning the war.

Not at all. It's the price you pay for being an early adopter.

I have zero regrets.

I got mine 2 weeks after launch, after about a dozen visits to stores searching.

Casino Royal, Superman Returns, Silent Hill and Black Hawk down just after and I've loved it ever since.

I got mine for this price as well, but because I traded in my old ps2 towards it, I got an extra 50 dollars off of it. I also traded in my xbox and all xbox games, and ended up paying 50 dollars out of pocket, and I got the bluetooth remote and a second controller and a 2 year extended warranty on it. Haven't regretted it since, especially since they discontinued the 60gig shortly after I bought mine, and backwards compatibility is important to me, its the sole reason why I do not have a 360.
