ok when is espnews, disney, and toon disney coming in hd? on the website it says fall/winter and winter is pretty much over. my daughter really likes the disney channel and i would enjoy watching espnews in hd. btw are they planning on expanding the hd local channel region because i dont get them where i live.

A Rumor has most if not all of those happening around the end of March. I have heard that ESPN is still working on the HD set of ESPNEWS. Best I can tell you.

D11, DirecTV's newest MPEG-4 satellite should be ready for service soon, and once that happens, they will have tons more bandwidth.

What I find to be weird is that fox business is in hd (and gorgeous) but foxnews is not. wtf is that?

big10 net also has fantastic looking hd in games, at least some of them.

I was assuming they were slated for the fall/winter of 2008...of course I just saw that the other day...

Direct TV seems to be really bolstering their HD programming..
