Default problem with Blade Runner (amazon)

Bought Balde Runner at amazon.com and disc one came with a few scratches (wasn´t out of its place in the box), and disc five came with a lot of scratches.

The question is. Should I ask them to replace it for another or you guys think it will also come with a few scratches?

Looks like it got caught in the machinery at the plant... mine are scratch free. I would get in touch with amazon for a replacement.

Definitely get them replaced. Amazon is very easy in that regard, and BDs are NOT supposed to be scratched when bought new.

Oh man! Amazon is so nice to its clients.

I live outside the US, and they said they´d be shipping another Blade Runner without any charges, and that I don´t need to reship the scratched one (because of the expensive shipping rates at my country).

That is amazing. When I buy a movie from the US its 10 bucks fot the 20 days shipment method (+ or -), and if I need to reship from here using that same method I´d have to pay 30 bucks instead.

I LOVE AMAZON!! AMAZON I LOVE YOU!!! I LOVE YOU SOOO MUCH!!! HELL YEAHHH

Amazon is indeed freaking awesome!

I got mine from them and four of the five discs were loose, but they only has tiny scratches. A return was not necessary.

Amazon has the best customer service in the business.

I've probably ordered more from Amazon than anyone else on this forum (about $30k last year alone, not including what my company bought), and I must say that on small item exchanges their customer service is pretty good. The OP should be able to use their automated system to request a replacement, which is typically sent next-day air, as it's very intuitive and prompt.

However, when Amazon is bad, they are REALLY bad. Not just talking about their overseas customer service, either. I've dealt with them enough to discover that if there isn't an automated and/or scripted response to your concern, you are up the creek without a paddle because their people are not empowered to help you beyond the basics. It's pathetic, really.

Default Amazon

Ok, so anyone know how the links to amazon help Blu-ray.com? I've posted a thread asking, but as time ticks away, it's at risk of dying. Anybody know the answer?

Personally I've never had a bad experience with them.

I had an experience where 3 movies supposedly got lost in the mail. I reported it 10 days after expected delivery. They sent all 3 movies again, and the original 3 turned up eventually as well. Can't complain really.
