Default Blade Runner: Duplicate Disc Problem

UPS brought my copy from Barnes And Noble yesterday...sure enough, my disc 1 labeled " Final Cut " was actually a duplicate of disc 5, " Workprint."
Found the 800 # you guys posted here, and got fast, polite service !
She said they ship every 2 weeks, and I just missed a shipment, so in 2 weeks, I'll get a replacement disc 1 that should actually be The Final Cut.

Interestingly, I've read variations on this problem right here on this site...input please ???

I have owned my set (bought from US Amazon.com) for over a year now but never played the Final Cut disc (I had borrowed a friend's so did not need to rewatch it when I got it).

Just watched the first disc tonight and I could not understand why the quality was so poor and why none of the updated effects were in it.

Thanks to this (and other posts) now I know. My Disc 1 is a copy of Disc 5. It has the Disc 1 label but not the data. Argh.

Going to call the 800 number tomorrow. Hope it goes as smoothly as your call. Thanks for the tip.

Update: called 1-800-553-6937 and they were very forthcoming and helpful. Apparently the discs have been on back order for about a month and they are trying to get the items out ASAP, in case any one is wondering.

They've been in backorder for MONTHS, I lost hope on recieving them anytime soon

Anyone from Latin America or Mexico, specifically, have ordered the Disc 1 replacement? I was not aware of this situation and bought the 5-disc "slimcase" version yesterday only to find the two Workprint blurays.
