Just bought Blade runner but disc 1 seems to have a problem?

I just bought blade runner(hope to enjoy it) and I was checking the disc. both dvds were out of the holders and kinda scratched(no biggie because I was just worried about the blu rays. but When I looked at the final cut disc 1 the bottom side of the disc toward the edge looks like a rough area it not huge but you can tell it there. now I did feel it and it isnt rough but it looks like the top coat was took off, I guess you could say. Should I be worried about that?

Should I return it and get another one or keep it. I was thinking if I keep it atleast everything is fine box, the other disc and the holders are not broke or anything, just the final cut disc has that small problem. But If I return it I could get something worse including not getting the print work. What should I do?
