Default How do I capture a jpeg image f Video ?

There are times I'd like to capture a still image (jpeg) from a DVD movie. I don't know what I'd need to accomplish that. A special software program ?, a technique ?. Can anyone provide assistance and procedures ?

Thanks,

Jim
