No idea, I don't think I've even heard a rumor about it. Yeah, it's one of my favourite horror movies too.

Never bought this on DVD for whatever reason. But am dying to get it on BD. Naomi Watts and that little freaky girl in HD, yes please!

Kinda off topic, but I watched a VHS on a nice JVC I had recorded sometime in the early nineties, and it looked pretty damned nice. Makes me want to buy a VCR for my living room and some VHS tapes.

I'd love a release of The Ring. I'd even buy the Ring Two on Blu-ray as well. I love these movies, but especially the first one.

The films that deserve it the most though are the Japanese Ringu films. Though I wouldn't complain if every Ring movie got the Blu-ray treatment.
