Default Convert your car into a water hybrid?

Has anyone else heard of this? I got a friend down in Florida who has bought and used this on two cars now, and he swears by it.

http://www.runyourcarwithwater.com Is the website he used, and he has converted a 98 camry and old Ford F150. I find it interesting that there is a guy in Estes Park advertising via craigs list to perform this for people as well, so I am looking to see if anyone on this board has tried this or know anyone who has?

Looks a little too good to be true, but now that I know people who have done it, I am open to the possibility. Hell I know we got people in Colorado on this board, was wondering if any of them would call the Estes park guy to see if it is real, and what he charges.
