This may sound "newbie", but I'm trying to find out info if the Panasonic picture modes (ie: cinema, vivid, custom, etc) actually have anything to do with the processing of the picture itself? If I go to "Custom" and calibrate the tv, then go to "Cinema" and use the same calibration settings, would the picture be exactly the same? Is it just a way to have different settings and be able to flip between them? Then how about Game mode. It is supposed to reduce lag in the video for sports and video games, but doesn't that sound like something you'd want to reduce motion blur in high action BR movies? Confused, hopefully someone can answer some of these questions for me. Thanx ahead of time.
