heres the link, i have no idea if it will be region free i have never ordered a blu ray from a non english speaking country so have no idea what to expect.

I found another thread on this and they were saying you can import from what I gathered...Also they were saying it was suppost to be realeased tomorrow actually, I guess it got delayed between then and now...

I think it was posted on this forum that Weinstein is suing them or something to prevent this from being released. Don't hold your breath.

I just noticed the Blu box is kinda scratched up to match the whole "grindhouse" look.

I don't know if you'll be able to notice that it's in HD...the movie is supposed to have a 70's feel...but the audio might be where it's at if it's lossless..

Yeah I remember reading people say that its pointless to make a old school grindhouse flick in HD... but still the picture would be nice.. but with lines running through lol.

I just wish, they would release Planet Terror and Death Proof along with the Halloween remake. I have all of these on DVD but would get them on Blu-ray as well.

its not being released by weinstein i believe the company is senator and they release on HD DVD and bluray

weinstein has stopped them from releasing grindhouse and other films on high def , it was meant to come out this week i think and even the march 23rd date is up in the air .

weinstein has blocked the release until they release it on high def in north america when that is who knows.

I still think we need a PROPER Grindhouse release as a combo before a Blu. Maybe when they do put them together for Grindhouse we could get it on Blu?

What I see happening is a lot of people will ***** and complain about the graininess of the film and what a waste of money it was (eventhough that's the way it was filmed).

And I'm sure they'll be saying the same thing about "Man on Fire" and "Sin City".

Grindhouse sure wasn't filmed with grain in scratches...it was added in post.
