Hey, thought we could get a thread going about generaly cool/crazy gaming moments wether its online/offline/2 player whatever. Has anything happened wilst you were gaming that you wish you could have pictured or recorded ?

A few moments for me..

1. I was playing warhawk on the island level and i was walking off one the islands and i fell. I was heading for the sea when a warhawk flew perfectly beneath me and i landed! amazingly i was still alive!

2. I have scored from kick-off on fifa 08 on half way line, online a few times! those moments are priceless.

I've had many crazy game moments when I played the GTA games for the PS2, mainly glitch based.

Also, when I was playing the Halloween level of The Simpsons: Hit and Run, I crashed and somehow, I was flying up like 1,000 feet into the air.

What I always find funny is when another player and I kill each other at the same time. Or I kill them right after I die by throuwing a last second g'nade. LOL. Those are always great

That happens to me almost every time I play online. Hell, I've taken down Warhawks doing that on foot.

crazy gaming moments

3rd game of the NLCS in Houston, Im playing for the Astros (the game is at Home), Bottom of the 9th, 2 outs, tie game, Brad Lidge is playing for the Phillies who we were facing, runners on the corners and I absolutely jack one, in the exact same spot Albert Pujols did back in 2005 off Lidge. Absolutely priceless (was my rookie year too). Probably cooler if you are a Cards fan like me.

Other moments

In MLB 99, I rounded first, about 3 feet away from the base, my runner broke into a slide, and litterly slided frictionless, 90 feet into 2nd base.

Was doing a ramp in GTA , my car came down nose first on a police car, crushing it and killing the officer inside.

Stole a car from a older lady, she tried to grab onto the door and I was dragging her and couldn't shake her, so I got real close to a telephone pole, going pretty fast, and just slammed her up against that.

Creepiest thing ever, in GT 4 I had 3 laps in a row, where my thousands of a second were all .666 it was about 1 in the moring when this happend. I freaked and turned it off.

I was playing Madden '93 back about 15 years ago with my little brother, (who was about 1o years old at the time), but I could never beat him because he could somehow return every punt/kick back for a touchdown.

Anyway, I was actually going to beat him once but he amazingly scored a touchdown to tie the game with 10 seconds left on the clock. On the PAT, I broke through the line and dove at the place kicker knocking the place kicker and the ball about 10 yards to the right of the kicker. The kicker still followed through with his kick, and the ball (10 yards to the right) left the kickers hands and flew into background. Thinkng that the PAT was no good I started to celebrate my rare victory, but the game counted the PAT anyway!

One time I was glitching in Resistance, and got kicked with a message on the screen saying:

"You have been observed participating in racial and/or sexual harassment, excessive cheating or other abusive behavior. <snip> The ban will remain for 20 days 16 hours and 52 minutes."

It was very crazy

I have had many crazy experiences while playing COD4 online. I once got 7 knife kills in a row and then called in a helicopter. Everything pales in comparison to the game where I got my 39 kill streak. I believe it was domination and I was using the M4 with the red dot sight. We were in the bog level which is a hit or miss level with me. Sometimes I do good and other times not so good. It started off like any other game I captured C and then it is all a blur. I recall picking up at least 4 guns from slain enemies

I spent every clip. On my last gun, the MP5, I ran out of ammo. That was it they finally got me. The best part was it ended with me having 92 kills and 21 deaths. The next closest person had 40. It was probably the proudest moment of my gaming career

GTA4...very first time I ever loaded it up, 30 seconds into the game. I left my safehouse, went out into the street and stole a car. Driver tried to take the car back, got his arm stuck in the door and was being dragged by my car! I tried just swiping into another car to knock him off and instead hit the other car head on and flew through the windshield. That was probably the funniest way I have ever started a game before.

LMAO, I nearly spit my drink out laughing reading those two posts about dragging people in GTA That is the funniest stuff ever, I love that game for the sheer genius behind the things u can do, or happen in that game, I love taking an SUV for a real fast drive down a road, and careening into a few cars to the point where it barrel rolls like 3-4 times and the glass and everything is flying lol Playing GTA4 in it's self is a crazy gaming moment for me. lol.

reading about gta4 reminded me of the mission where you kidnap that one chick after taking the car for a test drive, well I was test driving it and then it says to take her to the house so I was on my way and didn't expect her to try and take the wheel. I was somewhere near the water and it just so happens there was a ramp there and sure enough we went flying slow mo into the water. I was LMAO watching it. hahaha.

my best moment ever was playing counter strike, it was on the map office. i was the last ct with about 50 health or so against 11 terrorists. needless to say i clutched that round. everyone on the server was dumbfounded. had some other great moments but that was probably the best gaming one yet. or maybe some aces on cal matches.

I was playing a game of COD4 Deathmatch with a buddy who just prestiged up and was only using a noob tube. It was on Bog. He launched his tube at the mound in the middle. Except he was too close to and it bounced off the side. It bounced off and hit an opponent in the head. +10 for him.

that happened to me too. i had the G. launcher equipped. a guy came around da corner and caught me off gaurd and i kinda panicked. i was aiming at the ground and just fired. it bounced of the ground and hit him in the stomach. He was like "umph!"

i noticed in gta 4 when you are doing the mission you are chasing down the bikers i was shooting at one of them and when i killed him he came off the bike by flying straight up in the air so i stopped to look at what happened to him and he never came back down

i was also in a police car going top speed down a road and the road vanished for about 10 seconds till i crashed into something that wasnt there it looked like the car was flying.

gta4 is quite a buggy game in my opinion but.

i was playing GTA IV last night, didn't realize you can cook the grenades, so i just start cooking them and throwing them right at police officiers exploding them on impact. some of them flew 30-40 feet while on fire.

we had a pretty scratched up disc once and whenever you played against the marlins, vin scully would start the game of with, "Leading off for Cliff Floyd, the Marlins". It became a common phrase in our house whenever something got messed up.

Humping animals in the Hot Shots Golf lobby is always great too.
