Need help with Sub/speaker settings???

Ok, I have the following:

Pioneer 1018
Klipsch F-2 fronts
Klipsch-C2 center
Klipsch S2 rears
Klipsch Sub-12

I'm trying out the sub because it was on sale and I had a lot of BB reward cash.

Anyway, I did the MCACC and it set my fronts to large. Should I set these to small?

Also, I have NO idea what to set the cross over at on the sub. I just left it at the setting it came at which is 80hz.

I went ahead and set the front to small and left it at 80 but is that right?

I don't know how to tell.
