In Europe, many Fox titles are Region Free nowadays

Walk The Line (Fox 2000)

As for myself, I have about 200 HDDVD & Blu-Ray disks in all, and zero from Fox. The combination of ultra-high prices, DNR and missing extras is just a little too much.

I think the most we can say at this point is "now, some FOX titles may be region free".

Before, if it was FOX, it was locked. Now there is hope for each title

yea just as Fox is coming around, I noticed Sony is region coding its new releases(21, other boleyn girl, 88 minutes)
It may have been like that for a while, but I hadnt noticed
