How about using flags for hot deals?

I see flags being used in various places, so could we use flags on the hot deals posts too on the main page? Perhaps something like if not US then place a flag at the start of the subject/title line? Or use flags for all? Don't really care which approach you use, just looking for something to differentiate between deals in the US vs. Canada vs. ... Seems like there is always some level of confusion in this area and not all users insert (Canada) or similar into their titles if the deal is not in the US. Just a suggestion.
